Terms and Conditions of Service

By doing business with me, i.e., committing the first half payment of the asking price, you agree to the terms and conditions described in this page.1) Provide reference photos such as the pose, camera angle, and facial expression of your desired character(s). If you do not have reference photos, describe (in plain text) your commission in detail. This will ensure best results.2) I only accept PayPal as the mode of payment.3) I will charge 50% of payment given immediately after the sketch and the price are confirmed by the client. The second half of payment will be charged after I have finished the commission completely.4) The client will receive constant updates regarding their piece through their preferred mode of communication. Any major changes such as the pose and coloring must be made before I fully shade the piece. If you decide that major changes are necessary after the commission has been finalized, an additional fee will be charged.5) I accept NSFW for an additional 20 USD per character. Any business with NSFW artwork will be done on my alt account.6) Artwork drawn for commercial purposes are subject to an additional 75% of the original price.7) I do not draw:
● Anything remotely questionable involving minors or characters that appear to be minors
● Realistic or photo-realistic art
● Excessive gore
● Political/controversial themes
● Characters committing questionable and/or offensive acts8) You and I agree not to disclose any personal information necessary for any business transactions.
